CAKNOW registered auto-repair shops receive notifications of service requests from CAKNOW consumers through their CAKNOW account. Auto-repair shops have the option to respond to the request or not. Choosing to do so, the customer will receive a quote for their service request. Once the auto-repair shop confirms the completion of service through their account, CAKNOW will provide the payment to the service provider.
